Present, I am listening knowing,
through One Mind expressions come.
Message packets, One's service flowing
In harmony, Loves exit from.

In silence be, always listening,
open and aware within.
Chopping wood and carrying water,

taking it's care, that yet unsung.
Nearly first and foremost daily,

Lovingly take care for you,
opposing what as habits prefer.
Taking care of others will,
only so long, the body defer.

You do have it, yes you do,
sensing now the Truth of you.
Body first in loving service,
listening what to be onto.

Noticing, as you are,
how far you've come as requisite,
multiplicity of choices star,
primordial outlook, always lit.
