Ego uncovered, blowing smoke

no form there, and not a joke

recognition of the plot

seeing through what ego's not

Fear is a lie, to keep control,

over and over separate role,

beyond and through is only You,

Love in the center, I Am too.

Ego unmasked, peace vast,

firmness is the body task.

In the consciousness of you,

here is where the Love comes through.

The God connection, outer to inner.

superimpose the body trimmer.

balanced tension, physical through.

expression of the Truth of you.

It's not about losing

taking it on the chin

non of that - or -

sink or swim......

It's not about trying

to keep someone happy

- or - not mad at you

acting crappie.

It's about loving yourself

because who you are

created of course

in line with a star

The star is God

created in likeness

to honour Like-self

instead of delightless

Trying to please

not ruffle feathers

throw family off

neutral to tethers

We are not here

to be all the same

expanding the edges

forward the flame

What gives us joy?

sensing a preference

what else employ?

tightness and deference?

LIGHT LUMINESCENCE

April 7, the seventh date
a special day, to formulate
on my inward screen to Presence
harmonious Essence, luminescence

This sight comes PERFECTLY forward
outward and within, toward
the Light, both purple and white
allowing Presence to ignite

Here we go, as second sight
arriving brightly in delight
inwardly and all around
crystal clearing shaded found

Let these be My words that toll
ego desperate to control
looking around, to find a hole
of belief, it can extol

Extolled, controlled, implied duress
fear that senses force compress
is that true, the gentle nature?
all feelings welcomed, denature

Intensity, too great to take
resistance is emotional brake
night by night resolution
being present, One solution

Present all fear unclear to Me,
so the Light of Source can be
packets returning THROUGH THE HEART
back to where they got their start

There I Am, Let ME in
knocking on the door to grin
at resistance hesitations
Light beyond past situations

Ego, this beyond your thought
ego, in control, you're not
I Am One arising whole
I Am in body beyond control

EGO'S PLAYGROUND

Presence good morning, I'd love a chance
On Your wings, to do a dance
To laugh and play, enjoy the day
Each moment born, my soul's prance

Voice displays, you soul's advance
Those written words, in My parade
Deeper, beyond ego thought
Away, away, adherence charade

Adherence to those sets of rules
Created for another's feel good
Feeling good, not understood
Expectation that others should

Land of another, egos playground
Another life, avoiding Our own
Always yearning for where God is

This is where You dance, have fun

impeding Life flow
ever Present insisting
let it go

resisting is so fatiguing
ever noticed that?

making fat

oxidizing, Breath and Light

holding in, resistance tight

embracing no
yes magnificence, Divine Ride
surrender ego
GO KNOW!

ego insistence stops flow
convincing you there's hard
oxidation enabled
energized "lard"

Relax, let Me
The way of it serves
All you see

Let go control?
Set ego free
The way of it caring
For what does be

The way of it God's

The easy way, what is this?
Is it peace, a kind of bliss?
Or is it freedom from the suffering
Created by pleaded buffering

Resistance in the way of You
I know better, I THINK I do
Stately imposed ego control
No-me watching loving soul

Lying there, endless night
Thinking what I thought was "right"
Unable to relax control
Better suffering than One whole

Better to be a burrowing mole
Than boundless freedom rock'n'roll?
Light embraced, take the chance
Freedom on the wings of dance

Dancing butterfly in the air
Wait - the hummingbird is there
Accepting nectar from the rose
Vibrating higher, poetry chose

Stepping out, writing the score
Such joy in each songs surround

LOVE SONGS

Heart beats to the tune of Love
Within, without, below, above
Poetry vibrates becoming song
Loving what is, no tune is wrong

The instrument, the body becomes
The throat, the mouth, the tongue, the lungs
The key of I profoundly One
Giving the gift, radiate Son

What is it that I love to do
While feeling that love radiate through

As that ego sense of self
Fades beyond arising health
Awareness fills the instrument
Heaven inside, this song is sent

Moment to moment present with voice
Not from duty, loving choice
Knowing recall, as sent from beyond

SUFFERING IN MIND

At this time of year I hear
"Too much on my mind"
This constructed out of fear
Thoughts not left behind

Headed toward a future sought
Full of could and should
Influenced by past thought bought
Present misunderstood

How we think we feel controlled
Believing all we're told
When change pops up, we behold
Unsustainable mold

CHRISTMAS PEACE

"I have so much on my mind"
Christmas leans to ego time
Christ consciousness arise to find
Peace sublime for all mankind

The way of it so gentle, kind
You are all inside, I find
Not my mind but God's entwined
Presence speaks to quiet mind
