ODE TO A TEACHER

Teetering on the verge of relief
From worrying over another's grief
Because that someone else moved on
Telling old behaviour "So long"

OH I get it !!

I hadn't yet fully reprogrammed
What in my mind was thought

Sensing, going deep inside
Meditation as my guide

I go external, resisting flow
